I contacted Steph after seeing some of her client success stories online. My daughter was 1 month old and I knew I would need some help losing the pregnancy weight. I hadn't lost it all from my first pregnancy. The program was simple; eat healthy food and watch your portions. What helped me the most talking to Steph everyday. She kept me motivated and accountable for what I was eating. She also provided me with a workout program I can do at the gym. I have lost 20lbs with Steph's help and plan to continue following her advice on my own.
