Create New Healthy Habits & Change Your Lifestyle

I started working with Steph, again this past January as I was working towards building a better me. Before this I was becoming someone I didn’t like. I was falling into old habits and I was gaining weight more quickly than I could imagine. I knew it was time for a change. I didn’t want to feel like I wasn’t me, I wanted to go back to a time where I felt amazing, had a passion for life and just all around more energy. I returned to Steph this time with more motivation, and a drive to make a change.

After completing 1 challenge at my local gym (Dynafit) I knew it was time to put both food and fitness on the table together. If you know me, you are aware that I don’t go ½ in. I am an all in kind of girl. Working with Steph was easy. She was able to pinpoint areas in my diet that I needed changed, she gave suggestions for alternatives, and was there when I was having a tough week with encouraging words. It has been 8 months on my journey to building a better me and I am happy to say with diet, exercise, proper mindset and a wonderful team I have hit the 50 pound mark.

I can’t tell you that it was easy because it wasn’t but it has been one of the most rewarding 8 months of my life. I am stronger, I am happier, and best of all I am healthier. Even though I have hit a major milestone, my journey is not done. I still have goals to accomplish and I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me!
